We are The Arc of Loudoun, one of over 700 affiliates of The Arc of the United States. Since 1967, The Arc of Loudoun has been Loudoun County’s only advocacy organization dedicated to serving people with disabilities and their families.
We provide direct and advocacy services to people with disabilities and their families by promoting individual support and equitable participation with their non-disabled peers in all aspects of community life, including education, residence, vocation, and healthcare.
We work to secure the full range of human and civil rights for children and adults with disabilities. We are the only community-based non-profit working for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout their lifetimes. We encompass all ages and all spectrums from autism, ASD, Down Syndrome, Fragile X, intellectual disabilities, and various other developmental disabilities.
Combined with the support of The Arc of Loudoun, the Paxton Campus has become a relentless promoter of disability rights for children throughout the community with special needs.
